0 St. 4 Min, 27 Jun 1997 Jahr - Mack v.s. U.S.
Beschreibung:
Once again going against the Brady Bill mandating for local police officials to perform background checks on handgun buyers, Mack thought that the bill was unconstitutional in regards to the Tenth Amendment. The court ruled that Congress could not force certain aspects of the bill to the states and that they states can do whatever they deem fit to gun control.
