On the night of the 9th of November, the Nazis organised mobs to attack and destroy Jewish shops, businesses, homes and synagogues. Thousands of Jews were arrested and over 100 were murdered. This was true terror.
After Kristallnacht, Jewish children were forbidden to attend German schools and were banned from concert halls and theatres. Jewish dentists and doctors could no longer treat Aryans and by December remaining Jewish businesses had been confiscated. Jewish children could no longer go to Nazi schools.
