Beschreibung:

Bonhoeffer was a Christian who preached his views against the Nazis and campaigned against the Nuremberg laws. He joined the "Abweher" in 1939, a group hoping to overthrow Hitler as well as helping Jews escape Germany. During his time with the Abweher, he managed to contact the British government though these attempts to communicate were ignored.
In October 1942 he was arrested and then moved in 1944 to a concentration camp. He was put on trial in 1945 and hanged.
