The earliest known peice of sculpture art ( Uknown artist, The Venus of Berekhat Ram, 230,000 B.C., Stone Carving) was said to be as old as 230,000 B.C. or possibly older and made by an early homonid, like the Homo Erectus. The sculpture would later be discovered on the banks of Lake Ram on the Golan Heights between Syria and Israel in 1981.
