Raven & Qrow meets up in the locker room before loading onto the first group transport to the Emerald forest. On the transport they meet Bartholomew Oobleck (Barty). Upon arriving at the cliff they meet Ozpin & the combat instructor, Murk Thompson.

Raven is surrounded by Beringels and Beowolfs and is saved from a Beowolf by Summer Rose, becoming partners. They fight their way through the forest to a cliff where the relics are in cubbys carved into the cliff’s face. where they meet Barty, his partner Becca, Ophelia and her partner Naga.

They used the gryffin to retrieve the relics. The Party Train is form by the group of recruits fighting through a swarm of grimm. The recruits head to a valley and found themselves in the middle of a fight between Qrow and his partner Taiyang(Tai). Tai used his semblance to get everyone back on the cliff
