We will send an email to the payroll approvers once the deduction report for their payroll is generated and ready to download and process. This is to remind them they can now download the deduction report and process all due deductions for the payroll period. If a client does not want to receive these reminders, they can be easily switched off from SmartPay™ general setup on a client by cleint basis.
