Beschreibung:

There are now 4 different stages in the CCV life cycle that get signposted in the Account Slide-out:
1) Users who haven't signed up will see "Apply Now";
2) Users with accounts but no payments set up will first be prompted to set up a carer;
3) After prompted to set up a carer, users will be prompted to set up a payment;
4) Users with complete accounts will be able to quickly access their account.
