29 März 2018 Jahr - An announcement was published stating the intention of Laird Investments (Proprietary) Limited (“Laird”) to make an offer at 20p per share in cash for all the ordinary issued share capital of Rangers not already controlled by the concert party. The announcement described Laird as a private company, ultimately owned by a trust of which Mr King and his family are beneficiaries. No cash confirmation of funds yet made.
