7 Jun 2016 Jahr - Executive of the TAB ruled that David King acted in concert with Messrs Letham, Taylor and Park in procuring the purchase by New Oasis Asset Management (“NOAL”) of 14.57% of the shares of Rangers on 2 January 2015. As it exceeded 30% of the issued share capital of Rangers. Mr King thereby incurred an obligation under rule 9 of the Code to procure the making of an offer for all Rangers shares not held by concert party. The offer price should be 20p per share.
