By the 1400's, the Shoguns lost all the power and the Damiyo owned most of the land. Then the brutal fighting started. This was an important time period for the Samurai because it was one of their most active battles. There was continuous fighting between all Samurai which opened a gate for Samurais is earn honour and lose honour quickly.
