What? A congress held in Philadelphia to respond to all of the new acts being passed by parliament, Specifically the congress did the list in AMSCO page 86. (Suffolks Resolves, Declaration of Resolves, the Association)
Why? Cause was the Intolerable Acts [review page 75] and the Effect was another congress during 1775 to respond the lack of British changes and the escalation of fighting at Lexington and Concord.
