That day I went to the trailer to talk to the children's father about my daughter's worsening mental health. His girlfriend was present and she was about eight months pregnant. I tried to discuss with him that due to his mother telling me in front of our 5yr daughter that we would have to move out, that she didn't care if we were homeless sleeping in our car, my daughter is now freaking out. They wanted me to lie to my daughter stating that she didn't hear grandma say that. However I don't believe in lying my daughter . So I was asking him for advice on how to handle the situation as well as telling him I got her into self-defense martial arts classes with myself as an outlet for her acting out. Catherine then started calling me names and threatening me and I told her she needed walkways this was not her problem. She then proceeded to get physically violent with me attacking me over the course of about 10 minutes most of which I was on the phone with 911 during . She was eight months pregnant and I did not attack her back at all.
