1: Make healthy choices my entire life to ensure I live a long and fulfilling life. I don't want to be old and have complications from things i did in my youth, like if I ever decide to smoke, I don't want to quit and develop lung cancer 10 years later, so I'll just avoid cigarettes all together.
2: Since I'd be retired, I'd have a lot of time and hopefully money on my hands, and no kids to take care of. So I think it's the perfect time to travel and see things I've wanted to see but couldn't previously.
