Phase 1 (immediate) - consultancy on ongoing cash flow issues
Phase 2 (up to June 11) - create post acquisition strategic plan, continue analysis and consultancy on cash flows to August 2011 and advise on staff organisational structure
Phase 3 - Liaise with HMRC re Wee Tax Liability and develop a payment plan
