Discipline is out of control at McLain and Gavan has just asked me to be a Dean of Students.

Students are fighting, are disrespectful, defiant, unengaged, getting high in the bathrooms, vaping in classrooms, staff is leaving mid-year, and we are "fighting" with the Superintendent about the Achievement Director who referred to us as terrorists. No longer is Matt Walsh allowed in our school, but we have never been provided with a formal apology and the restorative justice we asked for Gayle and George was denied.

Furthermore, it's election season and it looks like our mill and bond requests could be denied.
