Beschreibung:

The Emancipation Proclamation was an executive order made by President Abraham Lincoln. It was proclaimed on the 22nd of September of 1862, that if the rebellious states did not join the union before the 1st of January of 1863 their slaves shall forever be free. If the South did join before January 1st, 1863 they could keep their slaves.
