David captured the city of Jerusalem and it became a capital. Also, he expanded his kingdom. David also wrote Psalms--poems or songs in the Bible. David’s son Solomon ruled after him. He commanded to build great First Temple in Jerusalem. Solomon has wrote many wise sayings in the Bible’s Book of Proverbs.
