(no specific date) around this time, Yoongi auditioned for BigHit's "Hit It!" audition. He ended up placing 2nd out of every rapper and landed a spot as a trainee. Bang PD-Nim eventually approached him and told Yoongi that he would be put into a rapper group with little to no choreography (Yoongi hates dancing). From there, he was introduced to Kim Namjoon and together they waited for the rest of the members of BTS.
