This is the Proclamation Line of 1763 It is "The Treaty of Paris", which marked the end of the French and Indian War, granted Britain a great deal of valuable North American land then the British issued a proclamation mainly intended to conciliate the Indians by checking the encroachment of settlers on their lands. The Proclamationline affected the colinist by the King issued the Proclamation prohibiting settlements beyond the Appalachian Mountains. Colonists who had already settled on these lands were ordered to return east of the mountains. or they were to be killed.
