The Battle of Quebec took place on December 31, 1775, between the Continental Army of America and British soldiers in Quebec City. This fight took place during the beginning of the Revolutionary War and was considered the first huge defeat for the Americans. General Richard Montgomery was lost and more than four-hundred men were captured by the British during the attack in Canada.
