-This treaty is meant to
put a stop to all racial
discrimination by persons,
groups and organisations
-When Australia ratified the
treaty, it immediately created
laws that prevent racial
discrimination
-Australia needs to improve
on this treaty with Asylum
seekers. Australia has a very
poor rating when dealing with
Asylum seekers and needs to
improve.
