This bill was challenged in the courts multiple times but the bill was not overturned. Personally, I experienced positive things from the act including free health care and my parents paying less for their premium.s On the other hand, others experienced more expenses in coverage allegedly.
Today, this act was a selling pint during the elections and the current president is striving to erradicate it, making it one of the major political talking points about the current administration taday. This act may well be a determining factor for the upcoming mid term elections based off what support the american people want.
