Mico Tan, a member of a drug manufacturing syndicate, was killed by PDEA in a PNP operation which also arrested 5 Chinese Nationals. Supposedly, he was in Barangay Lingunanan, Valenzuela City to establish a shabu lab. He apparently fired first after running from the operatives to a checkpoint.
