According to an article from the CDC Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, Progress Toward Polio Eradication — Worldwide, January 2016–March 2018, Afghanistan and Pakistan were the only two countries with polio cases in the three months between January and March; the third known polio endemic country of Nigeria had none and has not had a reported case since December 31st 2016.
