In a decision that may make us scratch our heads today, Fortnite decided to put the production of Fortnite on hold in order to focus on the development of their MOBA game, Paragon. Eventually, Epic Games realized that they would not be successful with Paragon as they did not believe they would be able to find a large enough player base for the game. Paragon would never be released as a full game.
