First visit w/ Dr. Lazoff consult. Said he saw a small disk fragment loose in same MRI Dr. Winters looked at, and significant scar tissue build up. Recommended a steroid injection in lumbar region to decrease inflammation. Dr. Lazoff not happy with length of time it took from initial injury to surgery, and how long it's taken me to get in to see him. Reports that in his experience, from what he's seen, with this length of time between events and as long as it took to get to him, most people don't return to work because too much damage has been done.
