Baby Alive dolls were on the market in the year 1973, and after seeing the television ads, every little girls dreamed of getting a Baby Alive Doll. It was one of the most popular toys sold during Christmastime in 1974.

This doll was designed to appeal to little girls between the ages 4-9.
