Vehicles required for Makro,the week,airport trips need to be booked early on in the year.

Faculty venues could quickly become unavailable as conferences may occupy them

Residence booking has the same problems as booking faculty venues so discussions need to start early. Regular check ups will be required as the head of residence booking may not have an answer immediately (renovation and repair)
