The 1998 NHL draft was held at the KeyBank Centre in Buffalo, New York. The 6"6 Antropov was selected 10th overall by the Leafs. He played on the "Skyline" with Joe Nieuwendyk and Alexei Ponikarovsky (called the "Skyline" because of the height of the line). During his time with the Leafs, Antropov wore the "A" and played with franchise leading point scorer Mats Sundin
