The console was released the day of Microsoft's E3 press conference. The Xbox 360 E, just like previous rereleases of the 360, was much faster and sleeker than it's predecessors. The Xbox One was a new console that Microsoft was going to release, it was a big step up from the 360 and was the gate way into the next generation of gaming.
