At this time Utah provide an immigrant center for the Japanese immigrants. That means the people with Japanese ancestry. Last the Topaz relocation center was mostly focused on farming and crops. Also there were apartments and barracks that soldiers and people lived in. Some apartment complexes had no windows with the only furniture as army cots.
