Following the resignation of President Nixon, Gerald Ford makes it illegal for imperial drones, the state or any other agency to forcibly collect troll buckets for the purpose of fertilizing mother grubs. The new system is strictly voluntary. This ruling helps to end an era of social unrest that lasted through the 60's and 70's.
