22 Jan 1973 Jahr - Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court
Beschreibung:
Abortion was made legal in the U.S. and all laws prohibiting abortion rights were banned. It is important because it was the first nationwide law to give women rights over their own bodies and the ability to make medical rulings for themselves. The most influential viewpoint to cause this event was that a woman should be able to do what she wants with her own body.
The stakeholders are those in support of the pro choice movement, which justifies the right of a woman to choose whether or not she wants to abort her baby.
