The Severodvinsk Footage was filmed in February 18th near Severodvinsk, in Arkhangelsk Oblast is Northern Russia, just east of Siberia by 2 people driving in a car. In the footage they notice the figure in their dashcam and go out chasing it. In the footage it is hard to get a vantage point to the size of the animal, but you can hear the man saying (in Russian), "Jesus, its big", so assuming the footage is real it is most likely large. You can also see its conical head and is extremely wide. During the film from the dash-cam, you can see it's swinging arms and smooth gait, a good sign for authenticity.
