With the other colonies of the Maritimes having joined the union in the past six years, Prince Edwars Island gave up the dream of a Maritime union and stopped attempting the spearhead the movement.

Largely based off the terms of their island sister in Cape Breton Island, Prince Edward Island's terms were quite similar to theirs.

1.) Canada shall be liable for the debts of Prince Edward Island existing prior to its admission to the Dominion.

2.) The Dominion of Vesperia is to construct and pay for a railway connection from Prince Edward Island to the Cross-Continental Railway.

3.) The Dominion of Vesperia is to construct and maintain a telegraphic communication between the Island and the mainland of the Dominion

4.) The Dominion of Vesperia will assume and defray the charges for various services.

5.) The Dominion of Vesperia would provide the Province of Prince Edward Island with an efficient mail service.
