Much like and perhaps inspired by Huron, the Colony of New Hanover set out terms for their admission to the Kingdom as well.

1.) The Kingdom of Vesperia shall be liable for the debts of New Hanover existing prior to its admission to the Kingdom.

2.) The Kingdom of Vesperia would provide the Province of New Hanover with an efficient mail service.

3.) The Kingdom of Vesperia will assume and defray the charges for various services.
