Beschreibung:

The Tehcir Law was a civil law gave the Ottoman military enforcing power only if there were parties opposing the implementation. This law was part of special measures against the Armenian population taken by the Ottoman empire. The law was repealed on Feburary 21, 1916, but the destrustion of the Armenain polulation continued.
