1) Kim Jong-un - Ruler of North Korea beginning in 2016. Kim Jong-un continued the nuclear weapons program started by his grandfather, Kim il-Sung, and has grown the program
2) Donald Trump - President of the United States of America beginning in 2016. President Trump has only threatened North Korea thus far, saying that "only one thing will work" in stopping them.
3) American citizens - American citizens are affected if North Korea is successful in any way. They are stressed about the current situation and some will be killed if North Korea successfully bombs the United States.
