The United Kingdom, United States, Russia, China, Japan, Israel, Canada, Germany, and France sign a treaty agreeing that nuclear weapons could no longer be used during war time.

The treaty did not apply to tactical Nuclear Weapons and also did not prohibit countries from keeping missiles in Silos, Bombers, or Submarines.
