According to the legend at that moment Huitzilopochtli was born and he defended his mother and killed his sister. This unifies the whole temple into Coatepec, the mother of Huitzilopochtli. The ritual mirrored the legend. Made out of volcanic stone, located in Mexico City, Mexico.
