Beschreibung:

The council of LoN debate the Manchurian incident only a few days after the bombing in Mukden. They proposed an investigation into the situation so that both Japan and China would stop fighting.

America did not get invloved but the US secretary of state (henry Stimson) sent a note and advised them not to do an investigation because Japan was against it (Japan later changed their mind tho) The fact that America was not invloved influenced their decision to go further into Manchuria.
