"Ho molta fame. Le scatole sono legate con delle corde, quindi non posso uscire da sola. C'è un forte rumore nella stanza, come di argilla trascinata sul pavimento. Sento le corde che vengono tagliate e qualcosa di grosso che esce dalla scatola. È Papà? Ci sono altri rumori, come di legno che si rompe. Dato che le corde si erano rotte, sono uscito velocemente dalla scatola e ho trovato del pane e della frutta nella stanza accanto. Mi sbaglio? Non è Papà, ma ha i suoi occhi."
("I am very hungry. The boxes are tied with rope, so I cannot get out myself. There is a loud noise in the room, like clay being dragged across the floor. I can hear the ropes being cut and something big coming out of the box. Is it Papa? There are more sounds, like wood being broken. Since the ropes broke, I quickly got out of the box and found some bread and fruit in the room next door. Am I wrong. It isn't Papa, but it has his eyes.")
