"Dear recipient; We at the CH/SS Communications Management would like to apologize for the disruption of our TV channel service at 10:00 PM last night on the 15th. All issues regarding the incident have been resolved. We have determined that the origin of the problem will not occur at a future date. If you have any problems with your set or are experiencing any technical difficulties, please contact your allocated Communications Service Manager. If you are suffering from any sudden ill symptoms, please report it to your assigned CH/SS practitioner. We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your patience."
