This step was a very important one in all inostropian history. After nearly a half year a new city was founded again beside the capital. It was a hard way to do so because there was no de facto senate yet which could have decide if krasnoye becomes a city or not. Yes, de jure the institution existed but the first consuls were in office in that time so there were no ex-consuls and so also no senators. So it was all in Prime-Ministers and consuls hand. And there was a problem. Consul Matthewplays318 didnt reply on a request for a meeting to decide, consul De Kokkies was for a city foundation. prime minister InfinityZoom187 was against a city foundation. That led to conflicts. InfinityZoom187 set demands for what should happen to make it a city: One were upgrades (super market finishing or better integration of the generated village) and the other one was payment. This was the corrupt way. Luckily the corrupt way wasnt carried out, a third solution did. A referedrum. And the majority wanted that krasnoye becomes a city, even if not a big one. Also the supermarket was completed so krasnoye offically became a city at 8th August 2025
