Claimed that Henry "justly rightly and ought to be the Supreme Head of the Church of England and that he should be taken, accepted and regarded as the Supreme Head". This wording meant that there was no question of parliaments authority to deem Henry the Supreme Head, whilst simeltaneously giving Henry complete control over the Church of England.
