The winner was Kaiowns from the Notopian Party . His Vice President was CityLeader , from the LagFugee Party . This is another example of how strange this election was , a candidate from a different party being chosen as Vice President . But there was a rule too . If the president gets killed , Presidency is passed to the VP . And to ensure a fair game , the president HAS to log on every week or his title will be given to VP .
