Anatoly Krylenko dissolves the Warsaw pact at the Conference of Republics. He introduces the Confederation of Soviet Republics as the next stage in the USSR, a diplomatic, economic and trade confederation with shared Soviet values. This Confederation would not require that the states be Communist, but we free to self govern, but could be united in defence and growth.
