The exact date of this encounter is not clear - some say Amber Heard is wearing the same dress as the ‘sorry about the death threats’ video earlier in the month but that means little as it may be a sun dress she wears regularly - and she certainly wears the red scarf frequently. The nature of the original video has an immediate sense about it - as if it was posted live so we have settled for the date it first appeared on YouTube.
