The 20-year-old man was fatally shot during a traffic stop and an attempted arrest for an outstanding warrant in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. The police officer Kimberly Potter shot him in the chest at close range after brief struggles. Later, Potter said she intended to use her taser.
