Breonna Taylor was shot in Louisville, Kentucky after her boyfriend fired a warning shot, mistaking police officers for intruders. One officer, Jonathan Mattingly, was wounded after which him and two other officers, Brett Hankison and Myles Cosgrove, opened fire, during which Taylor was shot 6 times and died.
